BagelTuna Melt
Serves2
1Whole-Grain or Whole Wheat Bagel, Cut in Half
1Can (6 Ounces) Tuna in Water, Drained
2Tablespoons Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
1Medium Green Onion, Sliced (1 Tablespoon)
Medium Apple, Thinly Sliced
2Slices Reduced-Fat Process Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Set oven control to broil. On cookie sheet, place bagel halves, cut sides up. Broil with tops 4 to 5 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes or until desired brownness.

In small bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and onion. Divide tuna mixture between bagel halves. Top with apple and cheese slices.

Broil 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and tuna is warm.
Tip:
Usepear slices instead of the apple slices in this easy, tasty sandwich. For a quick lunch, add baked potato chips, baby-cut carrots and aglass of fat-free (skim) milk.
