There is without a doubt any question that water is a necessity for human beings, it helps keep us hydrated which allows for our brain to function properly. While many know the immediate benefits of drinking water, I wanted to go a bit further today and really dive into more benefits of this tasteless yet healthy for us option.

I’m a 20-something stay-at-home mother and wife. I have an amazing husband, a beautiful daughter, two loving dogs, and a lazy cat. I wouldn’t change my life for anything! I love to read, listen to music, cook and blog!
I have cut out sodas from my diet completely and just drink water. It really makes me feel better overall!
Sodas are the worst thing, too much sugar. Did you know most manufacturers put equal sugar and equal salt. The sugar covers up the taste, the salt makes you more thirsty so you will drink more soda.
I think my daughter needs this! I’m constantly telling her to drink her water.
With the exception of my two oldest children we drink a lot of water in our home. I would love to try this for each of them to see if it would serve as a good reminder.
