  1. I have cut out sodas from my diet completely and just drink water. It really makes me feel better overall!

  2. Sodas are the worst thing, too much sugar. Did you know most manufacturers put equal sugar and equal salt. The sugar covers up the taste, the salt makes you more thirsty so you will drink more soda.
