What did we ever do without cell phones? I’m serious. Granted, we probably spent more face-to-face time since we didn’t have our email right in our hands 24/7, but they’re great to have for several reasons. One of them being if you have teenage children you can get in touch with them if they’re out with friends or there’s an emergency. With 414 stores available nationwide, you can shop for the newest phones and tablets from Sprint, AT&T and Verizon. They also have lots of great accessories to go with your new gadget. I have to say I like how the workers aren’t commission workers so you don’t feel as pressured. But they are still highly trained so they’ll help you find the right phone for you – whether you’re a newbie smartphone user, need it for family or work life, or whatever the case may be.

I could totally use someone setting up my phone for me! With new phones I usually spend a day or two figuring it all out and with the kids I just don’t have the time now.
Smartphone? I haven’t gotten beyond the simple kind where you just use it for emergencies! I do go to Best Buy on occasion and have seen their phone section-IF I ever need a new phone I will be sure to go there and let them transfer my numbers–
There is a Best Buy Mobile at a mall near us and it always cracks me up because there is a real Best Buy store right around the corner from it.
I like when someone else gets my phone working and up and running. I have no idea what I am doing so I always have to have someone do it for me. This is great that the Best Buy Mobile Specialty Store will do that.
I currently have the Galaxy S3 smart phone which I love, so when I upgrade, I’ll be keeping with the Galaxy series with the latest version (it’ll probably be 5 by the time my contract ends!) xx
I have walked by Best Buy’s mobile specialty stores before but have never taken the time to stop and see what they have to offer. Being that our contract is up soon with our current provider, I think my husband and I will have to look into their plans. These stores seem to be everywhere, so it would be nice not have to go out of our way to visit the one location our current provider has in our area. Thanks for sharing!
I love that best buy offers a place where you can go and get actual help from someone looking to get you what is really best for you! Unlike other places where they work on commission so they try to get you to buy what is best for them!
I’m still in a contract with Sprint so I’m stuck for at least another year before I can get a new phone. I currently have the Samsung Galaxy S4 and I’m happy with it though I guess until they bring out an S5. 🙂
I really like Best Buy but I don’t think I have ever worked with their Best Buy mobile areas. I always went directly into my Sprint store or Apple store to get whatever I needed taken care of. It is awesome they are a one-stop-shop for all of the services. Thanks for sharing the coupon!

I definitely could use a new phone. I really want the galaxy III from samsung or the new windows phone that is 40 MP. I will have to see what deals they have!

I have an iPhone 5 right now and like iPhones, so I will stick with them. I will have to check out Best buy the next time I need a phone.
The Walk out Working program sounds great! A company that will stand by their product us always a plus in this world! My husband and I have always purchased our phones at the company’s store directly. Might have to look into getting our new ones at Best Buy
We just got new cell phones in July. We have iPhones. Switched from Android. There are things I love about both but our new service is the best.
I went to them for my last upgrade, it is sad when it is better to go to Best Buy so you get treated nicely then to go directly to your wireless provider.
I don’t think we get this store here 0 it’s always nice to go to a store where they really want to help 🙂 x
I often think “What did we do before cell phones?” all the time. I know one thing we for sure I didn’t get as much done. Big box stores like Best Buy usually lack customer service in my opinion but Best Buy employees always seem to try and help. They may not be very knowledgeable but they seem to always try. I like my local Best Buys. Nice post.
I run in Best Buy a lot because we have a Geek Squad subscription where they have to fix my computer if anything goes wrong. I will have to check out this service.
Im an iphone junkies. I like to check out their accessories when Im there.
I have an iPhone 5 and I’ll be eligible for a new phone next year. I’ll have to keep Best Buy in mind.
I like the fact that they can set up your new phone for you,that always puts me off getting a new phone as i never have the time,i have had my phone now for around 2 years and still have not done some of the things on it or know some of the features it has lol.
I didnt know they had a best buy mobile! I hardly shop at best buy though, but I may stop by there now!
That setting it up for you option is a really nice one! I know that’s often the most frustrating part of a new phone…adding in all the old contacts and all that jazz.
I understand the concept and all with the customer service overkill. But a person like me, I’m a get it out the box and learn as I go type a fellow.

There are times that you just want to go to a smaller store and get help without feeling guilty that you are taking their time. This sounds like a perfect solution
