Moving to a new city is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. If you’re moving to Miami and want to find the right neighborhood for you, here are some of our favorites.

Coral Gables

Coral Gables Coral Gables is another great option in Miami because it offers families what they need while still maintaining its charm. Coral Gables is one of the most desired areas of Miami if you’re looking for homes for sale Miami Dade. It is known for its safety and excellent schools. This makes it a great place to raise a family, or just live in general. There are many parks and recreational activities in the area, including golf courses and tennis courts.

Southwest Miami-Dade

Southwest Miami-Dade is a great place to live as it offers access to the beach, good schools and is close to the airport. If you’re moving to Miami for the first time, Southwest Miami-Dade may be a good choice for you because of its proximity to South Beach and downtown Miami. The real estate in this area tends to be more expensive than other parts of town, but with its proximity to everything else worth seeing or doing in south Florida it might be worth it if your budget allows it!

Brickell

Brickell is the area where Miami’s financial district is located, which makes it a great place for business. However, if you are looking for a neighborhood with schools and parks for your family, this may not be the best option for you. Brickell has some beautiful high rises and condos that overlook the bay but there are very few families that live in this part of town. You will also find plenty of shopping options here as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from!

The only downside to Brickell is that it can be quite expensive. If you are looking for a place to live, this may not be the best option for you. However, if you are looking for a neighborhood where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options then Brickell may be right up your alley! 

Aventura

Aventura began as an agricultural town with avocado and citrus groves throughout what today are residential areas but has since been developed into one of Florida’s most popular tourist destinations as well as one of its largest cities. The name “Aventura” means adventure in Spanish; this roughly translates into English as “to seek new experiences”. 

The city has a number of shopping centers and malls, most notably Aventura Mall. The mall is one of the largest in Florida and attracts customers from as far away as the West Coast of the United States. Aventura is also home to numerous hotels such as the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, which overlooks Biscayne Bay.

Miami Gardens

Miami Gardens is a suburb of Miami and is home to over 100,000 people. It’s also the place where you’ll find the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Open tennis tournament. It’s not too far from downtown, which makes it perfect for those who want to live in a suburban area with amenities but also have easy access to city life. The airport is close by as well
