With the holidays knocking right on our door, we’re all taking time to figure out what to get our loved ones as gifts. Either that, or we’re trying to figure out a cool way to preserve our memories after the holidays have passed. The book above is from Blurb. It is full of the pictures we had done by our amazing photographer, Jenna Bamfield, last year for Christmas. I hadn’t created a book yet, and I’m so glad that Blurb gave me an easy, gorgeous way to create one.
Blurb is great because they make it so easy to create a photo book, a book with either your Instagram of Facebook photos, cookbook, wedding books, blog portfolio, and so much more! The possibilities are endless! Not to mention they make it very affordable – their prices start out at $10.95 and go up from there, depending on how small or big you want your book to be.
I created a photo book with the Christmas photos I had uploaded to Facebook, so I integrated them from there. It was so simple, and you can pick and choose the ones you’d like to add. You can also include text, although I did not do this because I thought that the pictures spoke a 1000 words. I definitely love how you can put the title of the book on the spine and/or the front, if you wish. And the hardcover doesn’t create wrinkles at all when you first open it, so it looks brand new every time you look at it! And the color quality is dead on to traditional photos!
If you’re looking for a good gift idea for your parents, grandparents, sister, etc., then I definitely suggest Blurb for a high quality, personal gift! Or, if after the holidays, you want to preserve the memories from your children’s Christmas, definitely consider Blurb!
