Buffalo Chicken Po Boys RecipeWith the Big Game Day getting closer and closer, it’s time for me to start planning out some great snack hacks to feed everyone when they come over. Yes, I love planning things out this far in advance. It’s not easy trying to feed all of my friends and family that come over to my house to have our own person “Homegate” party, so I love to create some crowd pleasing recipes that everyone will enjoy. They do more than enjoy it, they love it! Did you notice how I used HOMEGATE and not Tailgate? I was hoping you would. So seriously. Who wants to be out in that freezing cold, when you can enjoy the same festivities from the creature comforts of your home. I might be the one manning the grill and making food, but at least I can do it in my slippers.

To get into my Big Game Day cooking mode, I ran to Kroger to see what I could come up. When I was in the meat section, I noticed a line of products called Tyson® Any’tizers®. That’s where my juices really got to moving along the train track of recipes.  Tyson already puts out a great line of product, and everyone knows that they make the perfect Game Day snacks to reduce the hassle of the fuss. While I was making my list at Kroger, I also made note to pick up some Wright® Brand Bacon (hickory smoked for me!), and some Ball Park® hot dogs. Everyone’s gonna love what I come up with, especially my Buffalo Chicken Po’ Boys recipes! This is probably the best snack hack that I could have thought up on the spot!

Yes, Tyson Any’tizers are great by themselves or with a yummy dipping sauce, but I have a huge amount of people coming over to my Homegating party, so I have to make those bellies full!

I went with the Tyson Any’tizers Buffalo Chicken bites. I knew that they were going to be a perfect fit for my Po’ Boys! Now, just get everything that I need to make the rémoulade sauce (FYI, it’s just a great New Orleans spicy traditional sauce that I made with my own flair).

Buffalo Chicken Po Boys Recipe

Here’s what you need to get started!

  • 1 bag Tyson Any’tizers Boneless Chicken WYNGZ Buffalo Style. (Note: They have a few other yummy flavored ones that I totally have to try soon!)
  • 1 Bag of Coleslaw (make according to directions)
  • 1 dozen mini hoagie rolls
  • 1 ¼ cup of Mayo
  • ¼ cup of yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasonings
  • 2 teaspoons of horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1 glove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • Preheat oven to 400 as per directions on bag.
  • Prepare coleslaw, according to directions, and place in the fridge to chill.
  • Place Tyson Any’tizers in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until thoroughly hot. Make the rémoulade sauce while chicken is cooking.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add all of your ingredients (except the parsley) and mix well with a whisk.
  • Once thoroughly mixed, add in your parsley.
  • Place in fridge to set and chill.
  • Pull chicken out of the oven and allow to cool. Then cut all pieces in half and set to the side.
  • Now build your Po’ Boys!
  • Add rémoulade sauce to one side and coleslaw to the over. Fill with 5-6 chicken piece halves. Set to the side and you’re all done!
