Every other product that Damiani creates looks to retain the style and history created by the Maison. That is being creative, stylistic research and technical knowledge, which seem to have significantly evolved. Every jewel they produce is quality creation that is designed by an able team, and they are handcrafted by elite goldsmiths who have been with Damiani for more than 50 years.

Charleston- The 1920s

Enrico Grassi Damiani created a goldsmith stall in Valenza back in 1924, having followed his strong drive for jewelry and beauty. His desire and perfect execution of the ideas led him to become a skilled goldsmith creating numerous masterpieces that were appreciated by several noble families.

That was how Damiani became a trusted and sort-after jeweller. With high precision and artisan mastery, Damiani created a precious brooch in honour of the then Queen Margherita. The jewel was an inspiration for him for the following several years. Charleston is technically a collier that goes round a woman’s neckline using a feather that constitutes 1000 diamonds.

It has a frame that has a teardrop shape and an articulate size, colour and shape. It is a unique jewel that was inspired by Josephine Baker, who was a legendary singer and dancer.

Cascade- The 1930s

Valenza is widely known as the epicentre for excellence in the art of a goldsmith. It is where stylistic and cultural influences were received from France. The creative and visionary Enrico had earlier anticipated the modern trends and had started creating jewels that had the current jewel designs.

These jewels were upon requests made by several customers and jewellers who were eager to put on masterpieces created by this enigma. The signature for Damiani’s work was his craftsmanship, originality and elegance. These included the beautiful brooches that one could wear in the hair or on their clothes, which could also be used as earrings and valuable design objects.

It was a jewel inspired by the stunning New York City, and it defined NYC skyline as having its first-ever skyscraper during this time. Damiani interpreted all this via a unique design, which included a bracelet that had 675 white diamonds and black diamond’s amounting to 623.

Legend- The 1940s

The Second World War never affected any of the Daminai’s works and efforts. He had a kidney disease, which meant that he would not be recruited, and therefore, he carried on with his work passionately. Gold was a scarce commodity among other precious stones, which means that Damiani had to rely on his creativity to create a masterpiece without having to incorporate the valuable materials.

He used noble materials like iron, metal alloys and alpaca, producing the best designs that would be admired by many. This bracelet was a perfect combination of artisan craftsmanship and lightness to create a killer design that amazed volumes of audience. The regularity and cleanness of this jewel added elegance to the masterpiece, making it a completely comfortable sculpture. The ornament was then inspired by most of the architectural projects that were done during that time.

Tassel- The 1950s

Optimism and rebirth spirit orchestrated the post-war years. Damiani used his mastery and vision to anticipate the wishes of some customers who would be a rising class that would want to use jewels such as Damiani earrings jewels to show off their high rank. The elegant creations, of course, captured the eyes of many with ornaments made of shining diamonds and other precious items.

At this time, Damiani could access gold and started producing nature-inspired jewels that had animal motifs and floral. The chain had a complex interweaving that was united using a diamond bell and gold with cascading beautiful chains.

Optical- The 1960s

During these years, Damiani’s inspiration was fashion, cinema and costume to curate jewellery using enamels, gold and other precious stones. The pieces brought about the geometric designs of the furnishings and clothes which inspired meticulous artistic designs by Damiani. He, however, did not limit himself to the creation of jewels alone, he started creating unique animal designs such as horses, peacocks using coloured enamels, diamonds, gold and other precious stones. International clients mainly requested these.

These earrings were mainly motivated by the then fashion, back in the 60s and the geometric designs. It was a jewel made of enamel, white gold and pave diamonds. The diamonds were placed in such a way that it would create a radial pattern that had moving circles making it a masterpiece.
