Ingredients for the Dip:

  • 2 tbsps Mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

  4. Add each piece in the mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan and toss to coat
  5. Add the olive oil in a frypan and heat it over medium heat
  6. Cook the crumbed chicken strips until crispy with regular turns so they can cook evenly on both sides
  7. Line a plate with absorbent paper
  8. Once done, remove the chicken dippers from the pan and add them on the absorbent paper

The Dip:

  1. Add the mustard, garlic and the egg yolks into a  food processor
  2. Process together until it forms a paste
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the chili sauce
  4. Pulse few more times to achieve a cohesive mixture

Serve the dip in a deeper bowl. Put the bowl on a larger serving plate together with the chicken dippers. For more convenient serving, especially when kids are around, you can place the dippers on wooden skewers. Enjoy!
