HawaiianQuesadillas

4Flour Tortillas (7 Inch)
2Teaspoons Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
3Ounces Thinly Sliced Cooked Ham, Cut Into Strips
Cup Well-Drained Crushed Pineapple (From 8-Ounce Can)
Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
Cup Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 Ounce)

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, place tortilla. Spread with 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise. Top with half of the ham, pineapple, bell pepper and cheese. Top with second tortilla.

Cook over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, turning once until lightly browned. Remove from skillet

Repeat to make second quesadilla.
Tip:
Giveyour quesadillas an extra Hawaiian touch by adding 1 teaspoon flakedcoconut to the filling for each quesadilla. Use the leftoverpineapple to top your bagel and cream cheese in the morning.
