  3. Fill the wok with water.
  4. Re-cleaning. After draining the water, you need to clean the surface: inside and outside.
  5. Re-calcining. The clean dish is put on maximum heat.
  6. Adding oil. Vegetable oil is poured in and distributed over the entire area.
  7. Break. The heat source is turned off, the pan is on the stove for about 3 minutes.
  8. Rinsing. The wok is cooled under running water. First from the outside, and then from the inside.
  9. Greasing with oil and placing on fire.
  10. The final stage is getting rid of excess oil. After the smoke has appeared, the stove is turned off. Oil is gently rubbed into the hot surface with paper towels. For the best effect, it is worth wiping the outside of the dishes as well.

Caring for the pan consists of several recommendations:

  1. Eliminate sudden temperature changes.
  2. Use mild cleaning agents and scouring pads.
  3. Give preference to wooden or plastic spatulas.
  4. Carefully remove any dirt after each use.
  5. Cast iron does not need to be soaked in the sink after every preparation and washed in the dishwasher — this can cause rust.
