How You Can Eat Healthier in 2020

Eat More Fiber

One of the simplest ways people have started to eat healthier and focus on gut health is to eat more fiber. You can start opting for a high fiber breakfast to get your day started in the right direction. Fiber can help your digestive tract healthy too, which can increase the chances of losing weight.

Eat More Fish

Try to eat at least two portions of fish per week with one being an “oily” fish. Some of the oily fish options include salmon, trout, and herring. Consuming at least one oily fish every week helps prevent heart disease as they’re rich in Omega-3’s.

We all have those triggers that set us off on a path of eating unhealthy options.
