Janet’sPumpkin Nut Bread
Makes2 Loafs
2 Cups Sugar
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1 Can (16 Ounces) Pumpkin
2/3 Cup Water
3 1/3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
Teaspoon Baking Powder
Cup Chopped Nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of two loaf pans.

Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and water in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pans.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool and remove from pans.
