Mac 'n Cheese Pie

Mac n Cheese Pie
Serves 6



1 Cup Uncooked Elbow Macaroni (3 Ounces)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8 Ounces)
Cup Original Bisquick Mix
1 Cups Milk
Teaspoon Red Pepper Sauce
2 Eggs

  1. Heat oven to 400F.  Spray pie plate, 9×1 -inches, with cooking spray.  Place uncooked macaroni in pie plate.  Sprinkle with 1 cups of the cheese.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended.  Pour into pie plate.
  3. Cover and bake 20 minutes.  Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.  Sprinkle with remaining cup cheese.  Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
