Take Time to Rest

Then you can grab a quick shower, have a smoothie, and in a half an hour, you’ve made a major improvement in your day.

Try and Remain Social

A lot of people’s social circles get smaller the older they get. That’s completely understandable. People move, start new careers, families, and there isn’t always time for a lot of social gatherings. This doesn’t mean that you can’t remain social. Again, like getting outside, it doesn’t need to be hours a day. But take a little bit of time to talk to someone on the phone, or go for a walk.
