Football season is finally here! I cannot tell you how excited my family and I are about this. As usual, we like to have football parties. We have them at our home, go to friend’s houses, and even our American Legion where we are members and have football parties. Of course you can’t have a football party without food. One of my go-to’s, and a dish I get compliments on all of the time, is my chili. Since I am partnering with Curly’s BBQ for their delicious new RoadTrip Eats products I have been coming up with recipe ideas to include them in. So of course I decided to make my chili and replace ground beef with Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Kansas City Style Seasoned Brisket Burnt Ends. I brought a batch to our pre-season Cincinnati Bengals football game a couple of weeks ago and it was a huge hit!

When I make my chili, I don’t just make chili though. I live in Cincinnati, and we are famous for Cincinnati-style chili. So of course I make spaghetti to go with my chili! The best part of this recipe is that you can make the spaghetti or not – it is all up to you. Personally, I recommend you try it with the spaghetti though. 🙂 This is an easy recipe that is perfect for the slow cooker and for hosting tailgate parties on game day. And you should need to know how to slice a brisket for making the recipe more perfect.
