Breaks not only gives your body a time to relax but your mind as well. When overworked the brain takes much longer times processing things. This is why changing your sleep schedule was also one of the habits you should try.

When working you can feel yourself getting distracted easily, it may be time to take a break. When you come back, you may be ready and focused for the task you have to complete.
